How the Selection Process Works
There are two interview rounds for every trainer who applies:

One general round, where we understand your mindset, experience, and vision
If you can prove your expertise and demonstrate a strong ability to communicate it — you’ll be considered for trainer access.

We’re especially interested in people who can train in fields like English, IELTS, Canva, WordPress, ELLT, PTE, communication skills, academic writing, and digital tools — but we welcome all skill sets with earning or career potential.

Degrees are not required. Paperwork is not the focus. We value skill, not status.
Work Structure
This is not a full-time job unless you want it to be.
Most of our trainers work part-time — teaching online from home, balancing it with their existing careers or freelance projects. We also handle occasional on-site trainings, but participation in those is optional.

Agency Collaboration Option
If you’re not looking to teach directly but wish to be affiliated as an agency or trainer-on-call, we also offer collaboration for upcoming projects. You’ll be informed when a project matching your expertise becomes available.
